>  Personal Development   >  Your Pursuit To Happiness

I remember saying “if this is life I don’t care if I live or die because this life sucks” as I was laying in my bed.

That was over 11 years ago and it was one of the most miserable moments of my life yet I seamed to have it all.

Or at least be on my way to having it.

I remember having everyone tell me to just stay the course and it would all be worth it.

The question was: What was the course I was supposed to stay?

I thought it was staying in the career I was in because that was where I was currently at.

The reality was that the course I was on didn’t take me to the destination I wanted to go to.

I wanted to:

1). Travel the world

2). Help people

3). Make a lot of money.

But the course I was on was working 60 – 100 hours a week in an amazing industry with tons of opportunity for a great firm.

There was nothing wrong with “that course” but it just didn’t take me to where I wanted to go.

I say this because far to many times people give jobs a negative context when in reality we need people to have jobs as it is
the foundational theory of running a business and investing.

I see people that have a job want to quit that job to start a business then they need to hire employees to get where they want.

Do you see the contradiction?

The reality is we need jobs and we need employees.

While at the same time we also need business owners and investors.

The question is which one of these aligns with where you want to go?

For some of you a job gets you all you want.

For others of you maybe you hate your current job and just need to find a new job.

And some of you need to start a business or investing to get what you want out of life.

The key in all of this is taking the time to create “the map” to “your destination”.

I have learned that “the map” is the same for everyone.

And “the destination” is unique to each person traveling on this amazing adventure we call life.

To put it in a different context “the map” are the principles and universal laws that pertain to all of us.

They are the same regardless of who you are and where you are going.

If you disagree consider you might not understand the universal laws and principles I am referring to.

Some of them include:

1). Law of attraction

2). Law of abundance

3). Law of cause and effect

4). Law of relativity

5). Law of polarity

There are more than this and if you aren’t getting what you want out of life I suggest you start looking into these universal laws and get into a program that teach them because that is what I did and it made all of the difference. (If you need some recomendations reach out to me and I can share some of the programs I have been through.)

The “destination” I am referring to is what you want out of life.

This is why it is unique to all of us while at the same time one could argue that we all want the same things out of life…

Disagree with me?

Consider that whatever you want ultimately leads to you being:

1). Happy

2). Peaceful

3). Having joy

Just to name a few…

The different “destination” is what actually brings you these.

If you have ever read Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning you will know that you can have all of those right now.

And I believe that life is about experiences and that these experiences provide us a pathway to happiness, joy, and peace.

I love traveling and seeing how others live and experiencing what others cultures believe.

This allows me to expand my mind so I can experience life at a higher and more joyful level.

What I hope you all take away from this is that you can have whatever you want out of life if you just take the time to figure out what you want out of life (the destination) and then follow the universal principles (the map) to get there.

If you need support with anything around business, finance, marketing, or personal development reach out to me and my team as we specialize in business development and scaling businesses using these same principles and universal laws.
